ASF-affected hog raisers get free-range chicken, roosters
TO ease the burden suffered by hog raisers on account of the African Swine Fever, the San Carlos City government provided them with free-range chicken and roosters.
During the distribution on Monday, May 31, each beneficiary received 15 free-range chicken and three roosters after which a free lecture seminar on how to take care of them was conducted.
The city government through its veterinary office will distribute another batch of free-range chicken and roosters to more ASF-affected hog growers in the city. (Jerick Pasiliao)
