ONE person was killed while another was wounded in a shooting incident along Galvan Street in Dagupan on April 28 at about 11:47 in the evening. The victim, Edward Tirao of Amado Tapuac, Dagupan City, sustained four gunshot wounds on his chest. He was rushed to Cuison Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival.
