Re: DPWH: Soon all spared trees must be cut

Agreed that electric companies should pay for relocation of electric poles. In an environmental move electric wiring, etc., should be relocated UNDERGROUND and trees removed should be replaced on both sides of the highway. The beauty of the highway is enhanced by new trees and ugly poles that can be hazardous due to accidents and lightning strikes are eliminated.
