Edwin Farias:

You never abstained to put me in wonderment.

You never listen. You never read the newspapers.

Well, here we go gain.

Ex-Congressman Jefferson was never expelled from the committee he was serving in the House because of Nancy Pelosi, the Speaker of the House.

The $90,000 dollars – $100,000 dollars my mistake – cold cash found in Jefferson’s Washington home freezer . . . will never get colder than that . . . was part of the $100,000 dollars transaction from an FBI informant captured on videotape.

He was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury on 16 criminal counts of fraud, bribery and racketeering. He pleaded not guilty as usual. If convicted that’s 235 years in the hoosegow.

The trial that was postponed last December will proceed as planned, when a 3-judge panel of the 4th US Circuit of Appeals rejected Jefferson’s claims to his Constitutional Right of Legislative Immunity.

A little known Vietnamese- American Ahn “Joseph” Cao, a Republican, in a special election unseated Jefferson in a predominantly black Democratic 2nd Congressional District of Louisiana.

I am pretty sure; it will certainly warm your cold, cold heart!
