TULONG PANGKABUHAYAN SA OFW. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan through its Provincial Employment Service Office awards P5,000 financial assistance each to a total of 50 displaced Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) in Anda (left photo) and Sta. Maria (right photo) on March 9 and 10, respectively. The financial assistance forms part of the Tulong Pangkabuhayan sa OFW Project which intends to provide start-up capital for displaced OFWs in various towns and cities in Pangasinan to engage in livelihood activities. /SMDG (Photo by Jin Perez)
