STILL NO BUS TO NCR – Local commuters arrive at the Five Star bus terminal thinking the bus company already resumed its regular trips to the National Capitol Region only to find it only serves Dagupan to Tayug via Rosales and Dagupan to Infanta via Alaminos City.
