NO CLEARING OPERATIONS? — A delivery truck occupies the sidewalk while unloading gas tanks to a store along A.B. Fernandez Ave. in Dagupan City forcing people to walk on the street. Some pedestrians forced to walk on the street were recently hit by a speeding tricycle.
