3 nabbed in buy-bust ops, yields shabu, gun, ammo
POLICE arrested three suspected drug peddlers in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Ambonao, Calasiao, early morning of February 8.
Authorities identified suspects as Jose Darling Parayno, 37, of Nancayasan, Urdaneta City; Chester Bryan Torres, 30, of Irisan, Baguio City; and Alvin Ngaosi, 28, taxi driver, of Itogon, Benguet.
The suspects were nabbed by joint operatives from Calasiao PNP, Pangasinan PPO, and the Regional Intelligence Unit.
Authorities confiscated 16.05 grams of shabu in three plastic sachets with a P109,140 street value, six P500 marked bills, one caliber 38 revolver loaded with 3 live ammunitions and one empty shell, and other drug paraphernalia.
The suspects have been charged for violating R.A. 9165 and 10591. (Ahikam Pasion)
