PROCTER and Gamble (P&G) and the CSI Group of Companies jointly distributed 5,000 bags of health kits last week to six public schools in Dagupan City for the BIDA Solusyon sa COVID-19 project.

Former Dagupan City Mayor Belen Fernandez of the CSI Group of Companies led the distribution to North Central, Lucao, Bolosan, Malued, Carael and Lasip schools in the presence of officials of the Schools Division Office.

Fernandez said the health kits should help to fight the spread of COVID-19 in their communities.

Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Criselda Ocang who represented Superintendent Aguedo Fernandez, expressed the school officials gratitude to Fernandez and P&G for their generosity, adding that the distribution of health kits is timely, not only for the learners but also for their family members and schools.

In addition to the bags of health kits, CSI and P&G also gave 10,000 pieces of disposable face masks and 100 pieces of face shields.

The distribution of the  P1.4-million worth of health kits was part of P&G’s and CSI’s corporate social responsibility, Fernandez said.
