SP commends MD topnotcher from Bayambang
THE officialdom of the province of Pangasinan congratulates Bayambang local Chino Paolo Milan Samson for passing the November 2020 Physician Licensure Examination with flying colors as 5th topnotcher.
The Sangguniang Panlalawigan approved Provincial Resolution No. 1775-2020, commending and congratulating the exemplary achievement of Samson, an alumnus of the Lyceum Northwestern University Dr. Francisco Q. Duque Medical Foundation College of Medicine in Dagupan City and graduated as cum laude at the said university.
Chino Paolo emerged as the Top 5 out of the 3,538 new licensed medical doctors with a rating of 88.08%.
Chino Paolo is the firstborn of Renato and Gudelia Samson.
“The Sangguniang Panlalawigan joins the whole province in congratulating Dr. Chino Paolo Milan Samson for attaining such feat as well as setting an excellent example to his generation who aspire to become successful individuals,” the resolution reads.
The resolution was authored by Board Member Vici M. Ventanilla and co-authored by Board Member Angel M. Baniqued Jr. (PIO/SMDG)
