IKE Palinar, anchorman of a morning show over DZRD Sunshine Radio, was inducted as new president of the Rotary Club of Downtown Dagupan on November 21.

He was inducted into office by Rotary District Governor Jesus “Jess” Sama, at the program held at the Cusina nen Laki Digno.

Inducted with Palinar as officers for Rotary Year 2020-2021 were Rosemary Santillan, vice president; Efren Burve, secretary; Edwin Solis, treasurer; and Bennie Tan, assistant treasurer.

Rotary Cub of Dwntown Dagupan was organized in 1986 with the late former Dagupan City Councilor Alfredo “Fred” Quinto as charter president., then Dagupan City Assistant City Fiscal Silverio Coquia as vice president and then City Legal Officer Albino Gonzales as secretary. (Leonardo Micua)
