RED FLAG AT TONDALIGAN BEACH  –  The beach scene at the Tondaligan Beach in Dagupan City last week is no different from beach scenes in Florida and Rio de Janeiro more than 60 days ago that caused the number of COVID cases to spike 1,000% in the two cities.
