THE Provincial Government of Pangasinan led by Governor Amado I. Espino III hailed the outstanding offices, hospitals, and employees, including retirees for year 2019, by giving special awards during the Employees’ Awards and Recognition Program held on September 1-4 at the Sison Auditorium.

In his message, Governor Espino thanked the workforce of the Provincial Government for their utmost dedication and service.

“’Yong recognition na ibinibigay namin ay hindi matutumbasan ng ibinibigay niyong serbisyo sa ating kababayan. Huwag po tayong tumigil sa ating pagmamahal sa ating mahal na probinsya. Ipagpatuloy po natin ang magandang trabaho, pagkakaisa, at pagkakaintindihan.” said Governor Espino.

The Major Awards for this year’s Employees’ Awards and Recognition Program were conferred to the following offices:

• Provincial Governor’s Office Administrative Services – Award for Service Excellence, Most Innovative Program Award for the Revitalized Records Management Program, Pag-Asa ng Bayan Award Office Category A, Dangal ng Bayan Award for Offices
• Provincial Employment and Services Office – Pag-asa ng Bayan Office Category B, Program Management Award Office Category, Green Seal Award Office Category B
• Provincial Engineering Office – Pag-Asa ng Bayan Award Office Category C
• Office of the Provincial Agriculturist – Green Seal Award for Office Category C
• Provincial Planning and Development Office – Green Seal Award for Office Category A
• Pangasinan Provincial Hospital – Dunong at Kasanayan Award for Learning and Development Team

Moreover, the major awards for the hospital category are as follows:

• Western Pangasinan District Hospital – Green Seal Award Category B and Pag-asa ng Bayan Award Category
• Mapandan Community Hospital – Program Management Award Category
• Bolinao Community Hospital – Pag-asa ng Bayan Award for Performance Management Team
• Umingan Community Hospital Chief Julian Rose Jr. – Pag-asa ng Bayan Award for Chief Hospital
• Umingan Community Hospital – Dangal ng Bayan Award, Green Seal Award Category A, Pag-asa ng Bayan Award Category and Award for Service Excellence

The awarding was divided into four clusters – Cluster 1 for the Pangasinan Provincial Hospital and District Hospitals, Cluster 2 for Community Hospitals, Cluster 3 for Category A and C departments, and Cluster 4 for Category B offices. /Paula Jhea Sison
