NO HELP FROM THE CITY – Homeless Corazon Reyes rummage through garbage for food along Lucao District while her paralyzed daughter Angelica patiently in her dilapidated wheelchair, waits for her to finish. Their loyal dog, Angelu, stands guard ready to stop anyone who might threaten to harm them. Both mother and daughter are not listed as beneficiaries of DWSD’s Social Amelioration Program in the city.
