Modified MSTP held in Rosales

MODIFIED MSTP HELD IN ROSALES. Townsfolk of Rosales express their gratitude to the Provincial Government of Pangasinan for bringing the Modified Mobile Skills Training Project (MSTP) to their town. Twenty residents of Rosales received certificate of completion and haircutting tools each from the Provincial Government of Pangasinan on September 22 during a brief graduation ceremony led by Board Member Noel C. Bince. The Modified MSTP is a component of the Abig Pangasinan which gives free training to Pangasinenses in partnership with ng Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and local government units (LGUs)./SMDG (Photo by Jin Perez)
