ABIG PANGASINAN IN SAN FABIAN. Governor Amado I. Espino III brings Abig Pangasinan and its three components – Karagdagang Pangkabuhayan, Kalinisan Karaban, and Kabuhayan Palengke Karaban on August 29 at the San Fabian Municipal Hall. San Fabian townsfolk also received seedlings, and gill nets to assist them in their livelihood. /SMDG (JZP)
