The first wave of reshuffling took place on August 27.

The chiefs of police in Dagupan City and Alaminos City have been replaced while new police chiefs are expected to take over in the towns of San Fabian, Malasiqui, Binmaley and San Jacinto.

According to P/Brig. General Rodolfo Azurin Jr., regional police director, who led the turnover ceremony in the Magilas Hall in Pangasinan PPO, the revamp is a regular movement or re-assignment of officers within the region.

Another set of new designations are expected in the following weeks.
