NEW ART ATTRACTION IN THE CITY – A three-dimensional (3D) painting of ocean-themed images, featured characters from the animated film ‘Finding Nemo’ by Dagupeño Joel Pangan on a 30-meter stretch in Barangay Malued is becoming an attraction in the city.
