PROV’L GOV’T UNVEILS NEW BUILDINGS. Governor Amado I. Espino, III leads the inauguration of two new buildings built by the provincial government in anticipation to the growing demands of public service delivery. Gov. Espino (right, upper left photo), Provincial Information Officer Orpheus M. Velasco (left), Chief Administrative Officer Irmina Francisco (2nd from left) and General Services Officer Evan Gladish Domalanta cut the ceremonial ribbon of the Provincial Records and Archives Center (PRAC) – Provincial Information Office (PIO) building (upper right photo), which was held on March 12. The PRAC-PIO edifice was built at the back of Urduja House. On March 9, the governor along with Provincial Administrator Nimrod Camba (right, lower right photo) and Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) Chief Emil Samson (not in photo) unveiled the PSWDO building (lower left photo), which was located at the Lingayen District Hospital compound. /MVSadim/MGNO
