PROVINCIAL RECORDS AND ARCHIVES CENTER. The blessing of the new Provincial Records and Archives Center which will collect and preserve the records from the provincial government, organizations, and individuals for archiving and research is set on March 12. Provincial Records Management Improvement Committee Chairperson Irmina Francisco said that the center will be fully-functional in 2021 and will be open for research where photocopies of actual records can be obtained.
