Jayceeken extends ‘Manrosas’ project to 3 schools

ON the heels of the COVID- 19 outbreak, and riding on the firm belief that a beneficial environment is the first natural defense against the onset of disease, the Jayceeken, led by project chairmen Ernie Go and Jhun Patalinhug Jr, brought its “Manrosas Ka Dagupan” tree planting project to three more schools over the last weekend.

The recipient schools are: the Mamalingling Elementary School headed by Mary Ann Carerra; Lucao Elementary School with Gary Desoloc; and Edna’s School under Edna Torio Gonzales.

Braving the heat of the sun as they planted the seedlings with the school children are: Project chairman Jhun Patalinhug Jr, Jayceeken president Rex Catubig, Tony Dator, Manuel Aoanan, School principal Gary Desoloc, and Babut Cua. In the back are Dagupena Jaycees Julianne Pimentel, Teresa Cachola, with Ernie Dispo.

Also in the group are: Jigs Seen, Aster Fernandez, Molly Reyes, Willy Zuniga, Alex Villaflor, Sonny Arafiles, Lilian Tandoc and Lucao school agriculturist Bong Cancino.
