ASH WEDNESDAY MASS. Governor Amado “Pogi” I Espino III, together with First Lady Karina Padua Espino and some provincial government Department Heads and employees, attended the Ash Wednesday Mass, marking the beginning of the Lenten Season. The mass was officiated by Reverend Father Hernan Caronongan which was held at the Pangasinan Training and Development Center, Lingayen on February 26, 2020. (NINF)
