2 COVID-19 patients in stable condition

AS of March 25, the two persons in Malasiqui town found positive of COVID-19 and presently confined at the Pangasinan Provincial Hospital in Barangay Bolingit, San Carlos City, are already in stable condition.

This was disclosed by Dr. Cielo Almoite, assistant provincial health officer, who earlier confirmed that two of the original four persons in Pangasinan found positive of the COVID-19 already died.

Meanwhile, contact-tracing of persons with whom the latest two found positive of the virus mingled with, is ongoing.

Gov. Amado Espino III identified a 54-year-old nurse as one of two confined at PPH with a positive case of COVID-19. She was working with a 77-year-old doctor from Bayambang who died on March 20 because of COVID-19 infection.

The other person positive of the coronavirus is a 70-year old man.

Almoite said the persons initially traced to have had a contact with the two so far manifested no signs of COVID-19 infection. (Leonardo Micua)
