COMPROMISE FOR CITY ORDINANCE – Workmen start construction of an interior road from Mayombo Road leading to the terminal of Victory Liner after a compromise was reached with the Dagupan City government – to allow buses to egrees and ingress via Perez Boulevard like Solid North buses in violation of a city ordinance. In return, Victory Liner agreed to finally share access to the road with the latter once the construction is completed to effect for full compliance with the ordinance by all bus companies in the vicinity.
