Influx of vacationers to Pangasinan expected

BUS terminals in towns and cities have been crowded with more arrivals for the holiday season after bus companies fielded more to accommodate passengers on vacation returning to their hometowns.

Nash Talipasan, LTFRB-1 Regional Director, said special permits have been granted by the agency to bus companies plyng Pangasinan routes.

The Pangasinan Police Provincial Office (PPPO) also began to deploy around 2,000 policemen across the province to assist motorists and to maintain peace and order.

Meanwhile, TPLEX authorities estimate around 30,000 northbound vehicles this weekend.
