Gov. Espino pledges full support to PaGIOA projects
GOV. Amado I. Espino III pledged his full support to all the programs and projects of the Pangasinan Government Information Officers’ Association, (PaGIOA) during its year-end General Assembly on December 3 at the Capitol Resort Hotel.
In commending the officers and members of the group headed by its outgoing president Oscar S. Navata of the National Irrigations Administration (NIA), he urged PaGIOA to cascade their learning to the younger generation notably those whose interest are anchored in the field of public information or journalism.
Provincial Information Office (PIO) chief Orpheus M. Velasco, in coordination with Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation President Jerome Vic Espino were tasked to coordinate with the Department of Education (DepEd) schools division heads in conducting journalism seminars for students this 2020.
“Cascade your learnings. Magpa-seminar kayo para sa mga estudyante at kayo mismo ang maging speakers,” Gov. Espino stated.
