“KUNG dati kada sweldo new shoes, ngayon naman kada sweldo new wheelchairs…”

The 2nd District Representative, Congressman Jumel Anthony Espino happily announced on his official Facebook page how he and his perspective in life changed through his brainchild project called “Project Imis” which he started a month ago that aims to bring smiles to the needy by fulfilling their needs.

He said there is really no greater joy than being able to help and make someone or some family happy, especially giving aid to those who have special needs.

He mentioned his wife, Denise and jokingly told her to shoulder their electric and water bills this time, and thanked her for the support she is giving him.
