THE 52nd branch in the country of a popular US international fast food restaurant chain opened on Tuesday along De Venecia Highway extension in Dagupan City.

Britanny Lianne Tomagos, vice president for operations and whose family owns the Dagupan franchise of Wendy’s, said that it’s about time Wendy’s enters the Dagupan market.

“We truly believe in the brand of Wendy’s. It’s very remarkable, it’s very delicious, it’s something to look forward to by Dagupeños and Pangasinenses as well,” she said.

Walter Mariner, operations director who oversees 52 stores of Wendy’s in the country, said he was delighted to see people excited to have a taste of the foods they serve.

Wendy’s Dagupan, with 224 seating capacity and two function rooms, is the first branch nationwide that has a drive-thru for people’s convenience, Tomagos said. It opens from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p. m. (PhilStar Wire Service/ECV)
