PANGASINAN ACHIEVERS GO INTERNATIONAL. Governor Amado I. Espino III honored Pangasinan achievers during their courtesy call held at the Urduja House, Lingayen on November 14. Team Philippines composed of six Pangasinan National High School Researchers (upper photo), won one gold, two silver, and two bronze medals during the International Exhibition for Young Inventors held in Indonesia.
