Most wanted in Rizal arrested in Dagupan
THE second most wanted person in Region 4-A was arrested in Dagupan City on November 6 in joint operations conducted by the police and intelligence units from Pangasinan and Rizal as well as from the Philippine Air Force and the Dagupan Police.
Arrested suspect, Halal Haji Asis, alias Abdul-Bashet Jadji-Omar, 37, a vendor from Barangay Lasip Chico in Calasiao, was selling his wares along Galvan Street in Dagupan City when lawmen nabbed him to serve an Alias Warrant of Arrest issued by Regional Trial Court, Branch 97 in Antipolo City for double murder, with no recommended bail bond for his provisional liberty.
The accused is now lodged at the Dagupan City Police detention cell while waiting for his transfer to the court that issued the warrant of arrest. (Leonardo Micua)
