Cong. Toff earns Harvard certificate

THE search for knowledge or education is a continuing process. It should not stop.

This was emphasized by Fourth District Rep. Christopher de Venecia who just completed his studies at Harvard University in Boston, Massasuchetts, USA after three years of hard work, persistence and perseverance.  

De Venecia received an Executive Certificate in Public Leadership from the world-famous Harvard Kennedy School (John F. Kennedy School Government), Harvard University. 

 “I learned so much over the course of those yearly excursion to Boston, De Venecia said in a statement.

He expressed his gratitude to Sandy Cels and Mark Moore who mentored him in his last course called “Collaborative Solutions”, adding that soon, he would be ripped and roaring to apply what he had learned to his work – both in congress and in the theaters.”

He stressed opportunities for learning should never stop, regardless of where one is in life.”

Congressman De Venecia finished his elementary at the Colegio de San Agustin in Makati City, high school and college at Ateneo de Manila University, where he earned a degree in Political Science.

Before he became a congressman, De Venecia, studied Public Administration at the University of the Philippines personally designed by now Department of Education Secretary Leonor Briones.

He said he managed to complete his studies at Harvard by traveling to Boston each time Congress went on recess. (Leonardo Micua)
