Chinese national, 5 others under probe for trespassing
VILLASIS–A Chinese national and five other persons are being investigated by the Villasis Police for alleged trespassing after they were found excavating the property of a lawyer without any permit.
The Chinese national was identified as Cao Xihui, 44, contractor and a resident of China.
Also under investigation are Enrique Galano 49, a, backhoe operator, of Calaoa-an, Candon City, Ilocos Sur; Ariel Domingo, driver, of Barangay Bacag, Villasis; Micheal Hernandez, 40, driver and of San Juan, Ternante Cavite; Elpedio Macanas, 64, a barangay tanod and Barangay Kagawad Manolo Labiste, 57, both residents of Bacag.
The suspects were found by the police at about 9:09 a.m. on November 20 excavating inside the property of Atty. Leland Lopez without the necessary permit.
The Villasis Police responded to a cellphone call they received from one Jose Gonzales, 44, a businessman, informing that an illegal excavation was going on at the property of Lopez. (Leonardo Micua)
