LINGAYEN —The provincial government eased not on its announced total ban of hogs being transported from other provinces but transporting of hogs from other towns or cities in the province not affected by African Swine Fever (ASF) are allowed provided necessary documents are presented.

The traders should present veterinary health certificate and shipping permit, where the point of origin and destination is indicated.
