Deadline for registration in Fisheries Scholarship program, Oct. 15

THE Department of Agriculture, through the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-Region 1, will soon conduct the Fisheries Scholarship Program (FSP)-Nationwide Recruitment Examination for members of Indigenous Cultural Communities and Indigenous Peoples. 

The competitive scholarship examination is for students who are willing to pursue a four-year BS Fisheries Course starting 1stSemester of SY 2020-2024 (August 2020).

The successful examinees will also be required to pass the entrance examination and enroll in Pangasinan State University-Binmaley Campus. All qualified applicants should file their application with complete documentary requirements on or before October 15, 2019 at BFAR-Regional Office 1 or at the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist.

The deadline for submission of the application for the Fisherfolk Industry Leaders Grant and the Fisherfolk Children Educational grant is also on the same date.
