THE BIGGEST FOR THE SMALLEST — Pangasinan’s smallest town, Sto. Tomas, hoists the biggest flag measuring 2.43 m. by 3.65 m. on the 15m. high flagpole for the first time last week during the flag ceremony attended by the municipal employees and officials led by Mayor Timoteo Villar III, police officers, teachers and students last September 23 in front of the town hall.
