PHO gets 2nd mobile diagnostic and treatment clinic
GOV. Amado Espino III led the blessing of the second mobile diagnostic and treatment clinic of the Provincial Health Office (PHO), and another service vehicle for the Provincial Health Emergency Response Team (PHERT).
Provincial Health Officer Anna Maria Teresa de Guzman said the mobile diagnostic and treatment clinic features a digital x-ray, ultrasound, electro-encephalogram, laboratory, and operating room intended for minor surgeries.
Now held twice a week, the mobile health program has served 868 villages clustered in 217 barangays in its 5th edition, bringing medical, dental, optical, and other services to Pangasinenses. Patients are given free medicine after consultation.
On hand to grace the affair were Pangasinan First Lady Karina Padua-Espino, Board Members Margielou “Orange” Humilde-Versoza and Vici Ventanilla. (PIO/MGNO)
