Marijuana leaves found in tricycle driver
BALUNGAO – A tricycle driver was arrested by the Balungao Police on September 7 at Barangay San Aurelio here during the conduct of Oplan Sita in the town.
Arrested was Rhychel Pagay, 27, tricycle driver from Nueva Ecija.
When he was asked to show his driver’s license and OR/CR, the operatives searched his person when he could not produce any document.
Seized from him was a plastic bag containing suspected dried marijuana leaves.
He was brought to the Balungao Police Station and is now under custody and subsequently charged for violation of Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (Melody Valenton)
