Dad, son nabbed for raping
POZORRUBIO – The police arrested the father and the brother of two young girls, aged 10 and 16 who reported their rape.
According to the two sisters, their father, aged 42, and older brother aged 18, have been molesting them for over a year.
The ten-year-old victim said her brother had been molesting her since June 2017, when she was still in Grade 4. The last incident happened last September 13.
“Hinihimas po niya (father) yung hita at ari ko po”, said the younger victim.
Meanwhile, her older sister was also allegedly molested by their father beginning February this year.
P/Major Rommel Bagsic, Chief of Pozorrubio Police leading the operation, led the team that arrested the father and son.
The young victims were brought to the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWD) for psychiatric assessment. (Ahikam Pasion)
