3^RD PANGASINAN UNITY GAMES OVERALL CHAMPIONS. Governor Amado I. Espino III flashes the Pangasinan No. sign with LGU Bugallon (upper photo) and LGU Bayambang (lower photo) as he led the awarding of trophies cash prizes to the overall champions amounting to P150,000 each during a brief awarding ceremony at the Narciso Ramos Sports and Civic Center (NRSCC) Gymnasium on September 26. LGU Bugallon reigned champion in the basketball tournament while LGU Bayambang ruled the volleyball tournament of the 3^rd Pangasinan Inter-LGU Unity Games. Assisting Governor Espino in awarding the trophies and cash prizes are: Lingayen Mayor Leopoldo N. Bataoil and Infanta Mayor Marvin M. Martinez and Pangasinan Sports Development and Management Council (PSDMC) Executive Director Modesto M. Operania.
