PROV’L GOV’T DISTRIBUTES ASSISTIVE DEVICES TO PANGASINENSE PWDS. The Provincial Government of Pangasinan led by Governor Amado I. Espino III and Provincial Social Welfare and Development Officer Emilio Samson Jr., distribute assistive devices to some children and adult persons with disabilities (PWDs) from Villasis, Umingan, Malasiqui, Aguilar, Bayambang, Sta. Barbara, Asingan and San Carlos City. Among the assistive devices awarded were six units of pedia wheelchairs, four units of adult wheelchairs, one pair of crutches and one unit of reclining wheelchair. The distribution of these devices coincided with the awarding ceremony of cash grants to Pangasinene PWDs who won in the PHILSPADA 2019. Also in the photo are: Vice Govenor Mark Ronald DG.
