CITY HALL, JAYCEEKEN PARTNERSHIP — Dagupan Mayor Brian Lim joins members of the Jayceeken for fellowship during the latter’s courtesy call to discuss the city’s cultural development program. In a show of solidarity, the Jayceeken and Mayor Lim agreed on a non-partisan planning and implementation of cultural and heritage development projects.
