More agri lands reclassified as commercial

MORE lands in Dagupan have been reclassified from agricultural to commercial/residential in ordinances passed on June 3 by the Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP).

These include the 12,975 square of total land property owned by Spouses Romeo Lim and Desiree Tan Lim, including the 2,196 square meter property owned by the First Belle Integrated Corporation, both situated in Barangay Tapuac.

Romeo Lim is the majority owner of shares of Stock of the First Belle Integrated Corporation located on Perez Boulevard in Dagupan City.

The ordinance reclassifying these properties from agricultural to commercial was sponsored by Councilor Luis Samson Jr.  

Another ordinance was passed reclassifying from agricultural to residential a 50-square meter land, located in Barangay Bacayao Sur owned by Sylvana and Magdaline Flores. 

Sought to be reclassified in an ordinance sponsored by Councilor Nicanor Aquino is an idle land which is a part of a bigger 249 square meter property situated in Bacayao Sur.

Aquino also sponsored the reclassification of a 12,519 square meter property located in Barangay Tapuac from agricultural to commercial/residential. (Leonardo Micua)
