LINGAYEN– Some 250 solo parents from the six districts of the province participated in the two-day 2nd Solo Parents’ Summit organized by the Provincial Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) on May 9, 2019 at the Sison Auditorium.
On the theme, “Empower, Engage and Educate Solo Parents in Pangasinan,” Francsiso said the provincial government seeks to boost the confidence of the solo parents in the province.
Lectures on Awareness on PhilHealth Programs and Services on the Availment of Benefits, Sustainable Livelihood Program, and Awareness on SSS Programs and Services on Membership and Benefits as a volunteer SSS member were discussed during the 1st day of the program.
