LINGAYEN — The provincial government under the administration of Governor Amado I. Espino, III receives a citation from the Pag-IBIG Fund (Home Development Mutual Fund) of having paid the highest paid premiums (among institutions of the government sector) in North Luzon.

Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr., on behalf of Gov. Espino, received the award — Top (Rank 1) Employer in North Luzon — from Pag-IBIG Fund chief executive officer Acmad Rizaldy Moti during the awarding ceremony held on May 7 at Clark Marriott Hotel in Pampanga.

Last year (2018), the province has a total of 5,228 work force who are Pag-IBIG members. These include 16 electives, 30 coterminous, 1,564 permanent, 1,650 casual, and 1,968 job order employees.

The awarding ceremony formed part of the 2018 Stakeholders Accomplishment Report – North Luzon, an event that recognized top employers that supported the Pag-IBIG programs on membership, short-term loans and remittances of members’ savings and loan amortizations. (PIO)
