THE “Friends Volunteers and Reformers for Go” movement (or FVR for Go ) was launched in Pangasinan to support the candidacy of Lawrence Christopher “Bong” Go, a candidate of PDP Laban and Hugpong ng Pagbabago.

FVR includes political leaders in Pangasinan led by Gov. Amado Espino III.

Former Congressman and Board Member Ranjit Ramos Shahani, the son of former Senator Leticia Ramos Shahani and nephew of former President Fidel V. Ramos, is spearheading the movement.

Espino announced his support for Go before some 5,000 farmer leaders during the launching ceremonies of the Umaani Festival in Sta. Barbara sometime in mid-March.

A frequent visitor of Pangasinan, Go was earlier a recipient of a provincial board resolution adopting him as son of Pangasinan. (Leonardo Micua)
