GOV. POGI WITH SAP BONG GO. Governor Amado “Pogi” I. Espino III warmly welcomes and accompanies theformer Special Assistant to the President, Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Tesoro Go (left photo) who made a brief visit in the inauguration of the Malasakit Center, a one-stop shop medical center established inside the Region I Medical Center in Dagupan City on February 22. The former secretary then proceeded to the 50th Founding Anniversary at Lyceum Northwestern University where he served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. After the event, Gov.
