GOV ESPINO FETES BHWS. Governor Amado I. Espino, III exhorts barangay health workers (BHWs) to join the crusade of the provincial government in battling plastic waste in the province by supporting the “Plastic for Goods” or Kalinisan Karaban program as he flashed the Pangasinan No. 1 sign with thousands of BHWs gathered in various venues: Urdaneta for the fifth district, Calasiao for the third district, Mangaldan for the fourth district and and Lingayen for the 2nd district. Gov. Espino commended BHW’s commitment to promote health care service in the grassroots. The Governor was joined in separate venues with the following: 5th District Congressman Amado T. Espino, Jr., former BM Atty.
