KALINISAN KARABAN LAUNCHED. Governor Amado I. Espino, III (2^nd from left) and Vice Governor Jose Ferdinand Z. Calimlim, Jr. lead the weighing of collected plastic wastes during the launching of the “Plastic for Goods” waste reduction project dubbed Kalinisan Karaban of the Provincial Government of Pangasinan on January 26 held at the Capitol grounds near the Urduja House. Joining the governor and vice governor were representatives from respective solid waste and management offices of the four pilot areas of the Kalinisan Karaban, including: Bugallon, Bautista, Tayug and San Carlos City. /SMDG (JZPerez)
