COMMEMORATIVE STAMPS — Dr. Vivencio Villaflor, Jr. turns over his personal collection of General Douglas MacArthur’s commemorative stamps to the city government through Mayor Belen Fernandez on the occasion of the 74th MacArthur Landing Anniversary Celebration held at Virgen Milagros Compound in Bonuan Gueset on January 9.
