Three int’l beauty titlists hailed
LINGAYEN— The three young Pangasinenses who won in recent international pageants were honored by the provincial government.
The Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP), in a special session held on December 7, adopted a resolution commending and congratulating Engr. Woody Andres, Jr. (Mr. TourismAmbassador Universe 2018), Ms. Czarina April Burgos (Ms. Tourism AmbassadorUniverse 2018), and Kurt Michael Primicias (Mr. Continental International 20181st Runner-Up).
Andres, a resident of San Carlos City, and Burgos, who hails from Aguilar, were crowned in on October 6 in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
Primicias, a resident of Calasiao, participated in the international pageant held in San Juan City, Metro Manila on November 15.
“It is but proper and fitting for the SP to commend and congratulate fellow Pangasinenses for bringing admiration to the province and to wish them more success in their future endeavors,” the resolution reads.
